Wallabies 37 - 6 Canada
September 29th 2007 15:07
If we played the All Blacks during the first half...The Wallabies would be roadkill.
Second half, we got it to gether with some beautiful hands and we looked very dangerous with the ball. Against the Canadians. If this was an All Black game...anywayyyy...
Hey...Canada should be renamed Eye-le of Canady. Whuda thunk that Canadian men were such ...hot dayam??
Will fill in the blanks later.
Australia Tries:
Mitchell 2, Baxter, Freier, Smith, Latham
Australia Conversions:
Shepherd 2
Australia Penalties:
Huxley
Canada Penalties:
Pritchard 2

Think the score flattered us really. The Cunucks (despite have little or no attacking prowess) were bustling in defence and gave the Wallabies something to think about for the most of the game.
Silly mistakes (ie: that line-out throw with about 15min to go) cost the Canadians dearly on the scoreboard.
Good to see the boy from Parkes convert a couple of penalties for the Mounties though.
Speak soon.

too many mistakes, and far too much time spent flat-footed.
the only reason the score blew out was because the candaians got tired

MNG...it was a totally forgettable game and the Ref didn't help.
Yes good to see Pritchard have his moment in the Australian limelight...even if it was against us!

Hi Chris B,
Yep. It wasn't pretty. The Canadians took a club to us but didn't seal the deal.
(That was bad wasn't it?)
Thanks for coming by.
